Worked directly with creator Twitch Streamer Omie, handling video editing, thumbnail design, uploads, and day-to-day channel management.
During my management period, the channel gained approximately 1.79 million views and 1,600 net subscribers, increasing its subscriber base by around 30%.
Creative Approach Since January 2024, my work on Omie Clips has focused on creating engaging short-form content through precise editing, dynamic pacing, and visual storytelling. Alongside video production, I have supported content management and performance tracking to understand audience engagement and refine the viewing experience.
Behind the Edit Each clip is shaped through careful selection of key moments, timing, transitions, and audio to create a concise and engaging viewing experience. The editing process focuses on maintaining the original content's impact while making it suitable for short-form consumption.
Final Outcome The project combines creative editing, consistent content production, and performance analysis to support Omie Clips' YouTube presence. It reflects my experience in producing audience-focused video content and contributing to the channel's continued development.
